1.This machine adopts 4-column structure with high guiding accuracy.

2.Electric system adopts PLC control and travel, pressure and speed can be set on touch screen.

3.Oil cylinder is integrally cast and precisely polished to ensure high reliability and good impact resistance when it is used under high pressure.

4.Downward stroke has two kinds of speed, fast stepping and slow feeding. Fast stepping speed improves operation efficiency. Slow feeding speed can be adjusted freely to protect molds and improve product quality.

5.Safely designed, the machine adopts double-hand operation is furnished with functions of emergency stop and up-and-down inching.

6.Pressure sensor is installed to display actual pressure. Pressure testing range can be set to test whether press-fitted products are qualified or not.

7.Infrared safety device, four-column hydraulic machine (optional).

8.Repeated positioning accuracy ±0.03mm.
